Thrillerz Events was honoured to collaborate with YCH Logistics for their Company Annual Dinner 2025, an elegant evening themed “Oscar Night”, held at Wyndham by Acmar, Klang. The event was designed to reflect prestige, celebration, and appreciation, creating a red-carpet experience worthy of a grand corporate milestone. To elevate the overall atmosphere, we supplied and installed a professional sound and lighting system, carefully curated to complement the glamorous Oscar Night concept. The evening was hosted by DJ Kieran from Kool FM, whose confident and engaging presence ensured smooth programme flow and an energetic ambience throughout the night. Entertainment highlights included a captivating magical performance and a local live band, delivering memorable moments and keeping guests engaged from start to finish. To enhance guest experience and operational efficiency, our Event Attendance Management System was implemented, seamlessly integrated with a digital lucky draw system for a smooth and professional execution. Custom-designed Oscar-themed cut-out installations, along with a 360° camera experience and photo booth, added interactive and visual elements, allowing guests to capture and relive the celebration in style. This Oscar Night was a successful blend of elegance, entertainment, and technology — reflecting YCH Logistics’ commitment to excellence and our dedication to delivering impactful corporate events with precision and creativity.
