Thrillerz Events was honoured to support KUEHNE+NAGEL in delivering a memorable FIFA World Cup 2026-themed Annual Dinner, transforming the venue into an immersive celebration inspired by the world's biggest football event. Our scope of work included the design and installation of a custom-made ballroom entrance arch, World Cup-themed banners, artificial grass walkways, and FIFA player standees to create an engaging arrival experience for guests. We also provided a magazine-style photo booth and a custom photo installation to enhance guest interaction throughout the evening. For the main event space, our team managed the stage setup, including LED screen e-backdrop content, truss structures, country flag decorations, and custom-printed FIFA-themed table cloths that complemented the overall concept. Guests also enjoyed an exciting Glambot camera experience, capturing memorable moments in a unique and dynamic format. Through careful planning and seamless execution, Thrillerz Events successfully delivered a cohesive themed event that reflected KUEHNE+NAGEL's spirit of teamwork, celebration, and global connectivity.
