Our scope of work included the supply and installation of canopy tents, tables and chairs, event backdrops, professional emcee services, and a complete sound system setup to ensure smooth event operations throughout the day. We also coordinated food vendors and curated engaging activities for children, including colouring sessions and LEGO play areas, providing enjoyable experiences for families and young visitors. To enhance the festive atmosphere, a dedicated dessert corner was arranged for guests, while the entertainment programme featured a special mini concert by local guest artist Rina Eva. The event concluded with an exciting fire show performance, creating a memorable highlight for attendees during the evening. The successful execution of this open day reflects our commitment to delivering engaging, well-organised, and impactful events that bring communities together and create lasting memories.
